Tobu Railway Type 8000 and Type 8500 commuter trains were introduced from 1963, with 712 cars built in total, making them one of the largest private railway commuter fleets of the same family in Japan. This Railway Collection model recreates the early Type 8500 8527 formation in two-tone colors, with non-air-conditioned appearance, symmetrical crew doors, rounded window sash details, and the classic original front styling.
